Winterization. If you havent already done so you should take the time to consult with your property manager or maintenance person to winterize all vacant units. At a minimum you should turn off the water at the meter, open your faucets, drain your hot water heater, pour enviromentally safe anti-freeze into all of your drain traps and toilets. This could help you avoid some costly repairs and maintenance issues in the near future.
