We currently represent owners with available properties throughout the greater Cincinnati area. The perfect place may be just a few clicks away!
To be considered please note the following conditions:
1. You must fill out an application to rent and submit it along with a non-refundable $25.00 application fee.
2. Your net income (bring home pay) each month must be a minimum of 3x the property rental rate. An example of this would be: Rent is $350.00, therefore 3 x 350.00 = 1050.00, $1050.00 is the amount you would have to BRING HOME in order to qualify.
3. No evictions within the past 3 years.
4. A credit history will be examined and a minimum score of 600 is required.
We will take into account certain situations that may have a negative impact upon the above criteria, this is on a case by case basis and subject to owner approval.
